“When it comes to working out, it’s a struggle to get into a routine and find workouts that work for you. I have tried starting to train on my own but I would feel like I’m in pain after a work out, and not the usual soreness you’re suppose to have, so I knew I was doing something wrong by just by looking at online videos and trying to do what the videos were telling me to do. I have a friend who is in school for physical therapy and loves to exercise, but when I decided to let her train me she pushed me too much and I pulled something in my arm and it made me not want to work out anymore. I met Bella at a serving job we worked at together and I knew she worked out a lot and I knew she knew what she was doing so I took her up on her offer to train with her and it was the best decision I could make. I explained to her my goals weren’t to loose wait but to get lean and feel good in my skin. I wanted to gain strength without getting a masculine figure and she knew exactly what to do with me. When training with her she showed me a wide range of exercises to target different muscle groups and most importantly critiqued me on how to properly execute the correct form so I would hurt myself. She explained to me to start with lower weights until I felt comfortable with my form and then increase the weight when it was getting easier because I was building muscle. She explained to me the benefits of each work out and made me feel safe and comfortable and eventually got me into a routine that I could stick to on my own and even started to enjoy. I started to love the gym and loved seeing the progress in my body from the way I  looked to the safety I felt as being a strong women. She didn’t only change me physically, but she showed me how the gym could improve my mental health too. When I was going through a 4 year relationship break up, my dad being sick, and dealing with intense school and a job, I was able to take a break and go to the gym for an hour or two and just work on myself and it made me overall happy with myself and became my safe place. Bella did that for me and I am grateful for that because, like I said, I have tried starting on my own, tried taking gym advice from a friend, and was at a point where I just didn’t like the gym or working out. I didn’t understand how much having the right person who really listens to your goals and desires could completely change my perspective and mindset on how taking care of myself helped me move forward in my life.”

4 Months to 2 Years Transformation
This is my very own workout routine. I achieved the first phase of my transformation in 4 months over the summer, starting in the month of April at 160 lbs and gained 20 lbs by August which kept me at 180 lbs over the span of summer. I still remember how surprised and amazed everyone was on the first day of school on that month of August, seeing the skinny guy who changed from the picture on the far left to the middle picture you see above. It felt really good, and from then I continued training and following my routine (Marvin's workout routine), and I have made gradual change from the middle picture at 180 lbs to the right picture at 193 lbs over a total of 2 years. I am really happy for the changes I have made up to this day, and glad to see that people using my routine are making even better changes to their body.

I am a college student, who was really never into fitness until I met Marvin, whom I think looks amazing. When I contacted him to ask how he did it, He told me that it did not take too much or too long to look the way I want. This is when he introduced me to his workout routine, which I started from the fall semester that starts September and goes through December, and in a total of 4 months I gained 15 lbs, by increasing my body weight from 155 lbs to 170 lbs,  in the picture above. There are so many emotions that I can’t describe them all. We all need to learn to ask for help. Thank God I finally did!
Talking to Marvin and his team, I listened and took to heart everything I was told and because I followed their instructions my life will never be the same.
The biggest two lessons I learned were:
1. To really lose weight, you must have a plan
2. Once you’ve lost the weight which you will, it gets easier since you’ve already done it and now you just need to have a plan that works for you to maintain.

You will see progress within the first month and then your body will kick start as we will have fired up your metabolism and cleaned up your digestion at this point.

How do you help me personally?

We have check ins every week where we review your progress and we have unlimited whatsapp support. This will provide personal nutritional advice and tips for you to achieve more results.

Do I get support when I reach a plateau?

Yes, this is why this program is so successful. You have weekly feedback that looks at your progress. Are you going to stick around? Then we will look for a solution together with you.

Can I still eat out?

Yes! The plan with suggestions of what to eat out without having any restrictions in place is what this is all about!

I don’t like some foods. Will this be taken into account?

Yes, the coaching way allows you to keep eating as you always did in moderation and still get results.

What happens after the program?
